John M. Horner Middle School was a ground up new campus built on the existing active campus. Phase 1 of the Project consisted of the construction of 6 new structures, underground utilities, playfields, outdoor spaces, and a new parking lot houses an estimated student population of 1,900 students. Phase 2 of this project involves the demolition of the old campus and the construction of a new track/field. This Project was completed in 2020.
G.M. Walters Middle School conversion was a full campus modernization and addition of new buildings. CCM provided CM services for the modernization of 10 existing classroom buildings We also provided CM services for the construction of 3 classroom buildings (22-classroom addition) in preparation for campus conversion into a middle school and the addition of a 6th grade student population.
We built a state of the art, aquatics facility at Adolfo Camarillo High School. This project consisted of the construction of two new aquatic facilities including an 8556-sf pool, concrete decks, bathhouse/storage/mechanical rooms, walks & ramps, and other site improvements.
