John McGrew-President
John is a fourth generation general contractor who has been in the construction industry for 46 years. He has spent his career building progressive experience in all phases of heavy industrial and commercial construction. He delivered a project under one of the first Multiple Prime Delivery Methods in 1986 on the ISU Campus in Ames. IA. For the last 20 years, Mr. McGrew has served the educational sector in a senior management capacity. Mr. McGrew has a demonstrated record of timely and cost-effective completion of individual major projects, programs and educational facilities construction programs totaling over $2.5 billion. His experience includes the entire spectrum of project, program, and construction management, from initial conceptualization and entitlement through design, engineering and pre-construction, construction, commissioning and closeout.
Nick McGrew, PMP- Vice President, Operations
Nick is a fifth-generation general contractor and construction expert. He is a seasoned construction professional with a record of success participating in all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients. He has a proven track record for successfully managing and completing complex facility projects, whether its remodel, modernization or new construction.
Steve Easterling, P.E.- Sr. Project Manager
Steven has distinguished himself as a highly capable and effective leader throughout his career with CCM. He brings a dynamic and well-rounded insight and understanding to each project. Mr. Easterling delivers a high level of value to clients by leveraging his expertise with scheduling, change order management, coordination of construction activities, field management, and safety. His constant attention to detail keeps projects on time and on budget, with a commitment to quality, transparency and accountability.
